Brokely AI provides an AI-powered calling platform that connects property buyers and sellers. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

• Use the app for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
• Misuse the calling system or attempt to exploit it
• Impersonate another person or entity

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to verify your phone number via OTP login.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

3. Contacts Sync and Your Responsibilities

The app may offer an optional contacts sync feature to help you identify and manage buyers, sellers, and leads. You control whether to enable this feature.

• You must only sync and use contacts you are authorized to manage and contact (for example, your own clients/leads or contacts you have a lawful basis to contact).
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations related to communications, consent, and marketing.
• Brokely AI may store synced contacts on its servers to provide features like calling, follow-up, and contact management across devices and team workspaces.

4. AI-Powered Calls and Communication

By using the app:

• You consent to AI-generated or AI-assisted calls/messages being initiated through the platform on your behalf
• Calls may be recorded, processed, or analyzed to improve performance
• You agree not to use the system for illegal or abusive communication

You must not use the communication features for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or any prohibited activity.

5. Data & Privacy

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as:

• Twilio (for calls and SMS)
• Cloud infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the app
• We do not guarantee successful connections between buyers and sellers

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• You misuse the platform
