1. Use of the App

Aggent AI provides an AI-powered calling platform that connects property buyers and sellers. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

  • Use the app for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
  • Misuse the calling system or attempt to exploit it
  • Impersonate another person or entity

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to verify your phone number via OTP.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activity under your account

3. AI-Powered Calls

By using the app:

  • You consent to AI-generated calls being made on your behalf
  • Calls may be recorded, processed, or analyzed to improve performance
  • You agree not to use the system for illegal or abusive communication

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy: aggent.io/privacy.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as:

  • Twilio (for calls and SMS)
  • Cloud infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the app
  • We do not guarantee successful connections between buyers and sellers

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You misuse the platform

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
