Privacy Policy

Effective Date: Apr 7, 2026

Brokely AI("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered calling platform that connects property buyers and sellers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Phone number (for OTP login and account security)
  • Call and message metadata (duration, status, timestamps, routing)
  • AI interaction and quality signals (for improving performance and safety)
  • Device and usage information (for debugging, analytics, and fraud prevention)
  • Contacts you choose to sync (minimal fields like name and phone number)

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to:

  • Authenticate users via OTP
  • Initiate and manage AI-powered calls
  • Connect buyers and sellers
  • Help you identify and manage buyers, sellers, and leads (including via synced contacts, if enabled)
  • Improve call quality and system performance
  • Prevent abuse and fraud

3. Contacts and Permissions

Contacts access is optional. We do not access your device contacts unless you grant permission and explicitly choose to sync them.

  • Sync is user-initiated (you control if and when contacts are imported).
  • We collect minimal contact fields needed for the app (for example, name and phone number).
  • Synced contacts may be stored on our servers to enable features like lead identification, calling, follow-up, and contact management across devices.
  • Where applicable in team/agency setups, an owner/admin may be able to view contacts that are synced into shared workspaces to support collaboration and oversight.

4. AI Calling and Communication

The app may initiate AI-generated or AI-assisted calls and messages on your behalf (for example, outreach, follow-up, and routing). Calls may be recorded, processed, and analyzed to improve system performance, quality, and safety. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

  • Twilio (for calling and SMS services)
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics)

We do not sell user data.

6. Device Permissions (when enabled)

Depending on the features you enable, the app may request device permissions such as notifications, microphone (for voice calling), and contact access. You can manage permissions in your device settings.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services.

9. Your Rights and Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Where supported in the app, you can also manage or remove synced contacts from within your workspace.

10. Contact

For any questions, contact us.

11. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time.
